How do you process my order?
Orders
When you order a product, you receive precisely what is shown on the site. Each item is pre-made and ready to ship, ensuring it is one of a kind.
Can I place a gift order?
Yes. Carolina Liguori items are shipped with a tag, omitting the price and invoice. The invoice is emailed to the purchaser at the time of the order.
Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
Duties and Taxes
It depends on the country and/or State of destination.
All U.S. orders are taxed according to state specific laws. International shipments may incur taxes and duties based on shipping documents like the Commercial Invoice. Some countries might apply additional charges to release packages, and these are the recipient’s responsibility. We cannot control or predict these fees and are not liable for customs or transit delays.
How do you ship my order?
U.S. Domestic Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated automatically by your chosen carrier (USPS, UPS, or DHL) at checkout. Carojewelry.com occasionally offers free shipping, special rates, or coupons.
Ensure your delivery address is correct during checkout. We aren’t responsible for items not received due to incorrect addresses. Items marked undeliverable will be reissued with a re-shipping fee if returned to us.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
U.S. Domestic Orders
Orders ship within 1-3 days of purchase. Delivery via USPS Priority Mail takes approximately 5-7 business days from the ship date.
International Shipping or Outside the U.S. Territories
For orders outside the U.S., DHL is a recommended option. The checkout page may display multiple shipping options depending on the available services at the time of purchase. International orders typically arrive within 7 to 20 days, depending on the chosen shipping service and destination country.

How do I track my order?
Tracking Domestic Orders
After your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email from caro@carojewelry.com with the carrier’s tracking number. Within 24 hours, you can use this link or number to monitor your package.
Tracking International Orders
When using USPS for international orders, tracking is available until the shipment is transferred to the destination country. The same tracking number can be used to check the order status with the carrier in the destination country. Once the order leaves U.S. borders, USPS will no longer update the status of the order.
