RETURN POLICY

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your piece of wearable art. However, if you are not pleased with your purchase, you may return the item by emailing us first at caro@carojewelry.com.

Please note that we do not issue refunds for packages lost in transit. We are unable to provide a refund or replacement for stolen packages or any un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered, as packages may be left unattended at the delivery address.

We recommend sending the package back to us via a traceable carrier and insuring the full amount of the merchandise being returned. We are not responsible for missing packages. Should you have any questions regarding returns, please email us at caro@carojewelry.com.

To ensure a smooth transaction with your return, please follow these instructions:

  • You have 14 days from the delivery date confirmed by the carrier to return your item.
  • Contact us at caro@carojewelry.com with your concerns within 7 days of receiving your item.
  • All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, in its original condition with tags intact, along with the original packaging/bag.
  • The returned package must be postmarked within 14 days of the original shipping date.
  • CODs will not be accepted.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can, and since your order ships within 1 to 3 days, you need to contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at caro@carojewelry.com and let us know to cancel your order.  

When will I see the refund in my account?

After we verify your return, we’ll issue a store credit for the purchase amount, including original shipping costs (not return shipping). Refunds are processed immediately upon receiving the returned merchandise, and we will notify you. However, banks may take 5 to 20 days to update your account.

International Returns

We do not accept returns for international orders due to the complexities, high costs, and potential for damage during transit. Contact us at caro@carojewelry.com to discuss specific issues related to your order. By placing an international order, you agree to these terms.

Return of Items on Sale

Items bought on sale or with a promotional offer cannot be returned. Returns may be denied if the merchandise does not meet the return policy criteria.
