Unless a change in currency is selected, all our prices are displayed in U.S. dollars.  Carojewelry.com will add shipping and handling fees and applicable sales/use tax as necessary. We may, without prior notice, discontinue or change specifications and prices on products and services offered on the Carojewelry.com website.   

Compliance

You agree to abide by all relevant laws and regulations regarding your use of the Carojewelry.com website and any purchases made from Carojewelry.com.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer without prior notification, and if registered with carowelery.com website, we may, in its sole discretion, and at any time, with or without notice, terminate your password and registration, for any reason or no reason at all.

Carojewelry.com may accept or decline your order at any time, for any reason, even after your receipt of an order confirmation from Carojewelry.com. Products displayed on our website are available while supplies last. Our products are handcrafted one at a time, and Carojewelry.com reserves the right to limit the order quantity on any item.  The confirmation of the purchase you receive is temporary acceptance of your order pending verification of information.  

Termination

Carojewelry.com reserves the right to terminate this agreement and your access to the Carojewelry.com website or any part of it at any time and for any reason, with or without cause. Carojewelry.com will not be held liable for the termination of this agreement. Once this agreement is terminated, your right to use the Carojewelry.com website will immediately end.

All content featured on the Carojewelry.com website is property owned, controlled, or licensed by Carojewelry.com. The content may contain errors and/or omissions and may be outdated. Carojewelry.com reserves the right to change, delete, or update any materials without prior notice. We interact directly with customers through our website, Carojewelry.com, or via our email address, caro@carojewelery.com. We create pieces that are tailored to our customers’ styles. If you are a customer or someone interested in our products or services, and you submit requests, specifications, or images to us at Carojewelry.com, you are responsible for ensuring that you own the rights to the materials you submit. You will also indemnify Carojewelry.com and its collaborators against any claims related to the materials you provide.

By submitting materials to us through any medium, you grant Carojewelry.com and its collaborators a mutual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display those materials in any medium, anywhere. Additionally, by submitting content to us, you also grant Carojewelry.com and its collaborators the right to use your name in connection with any materials you provide.

Quitclaim

All content and materials on carojewelery.com are provided without a warranty. We do not promise a site free of errors, omissions, interruption of service, or free of computer viruses on our webpage, links to or from our webpage.

Damages

You agree to hold carojewelry.com harmless, and you agree to be responsible for any losses, damages or liabilities, costs, and including legal fees that occur while doing business with us, our affiliates, representatives, employees, or officers for any allegation in connection with materials submitted to us, and in violation of the intellectual property of any party or related to your account.
